Gregory VII rebukes Henry IV because of:
communion with banned
his actions in the case of Milano
putting bishops on the sees of Fermo and Spoleto.
Gregory informs him about the decisions of the Lent council of 1075. Again he urges Henry to obey God and the Prince of the Apostles.
